Bad service

Today I have tried calling the contact center like 5 times, I enter my details and when I'm supposed to be transferred to a consultant, call drops. I then got through and the consultant said my line was not clear when I could hear them clearly, thr lie dropped and they did not call me, whereas I had entered my details. I'm so disappointed with the service
