Bad service

Very bad internet service provider, I was billed yesterday and now I am disconnected due to non payment. I called and I was told I should wait for 5 minutes for response and am still waiting. You guys are bad! If one is working from home is a mess! Your lines are always down! Every 2 weeks I have to report " sorry boss my internet is down" service is very ghetto honestly, it doesn't even deserve a star at all.
