Bad Service

I moved 3weeks ago. I sent Mweb the object no 11 days ago. Only to be told a week later that the problem is with Vumatel. I got hold of Vumatel and they were here within hours and sorted the problem. They called Mweb on Friday to confirm that the problem had been sorted. I called mweb to confirm they said yes and that the matter has been escalated.... Monday mid day and still no service.
