bad service

My router was struck by lightning. I logged a call on the 6th of March 20204 to report it. No one gor back to me. I called them 3 times with an average waiting time of 1hr. 1st call it too 1:30minutes and the line cut. second call also took over an hour and the agent on the other side could not hear me. I called third time waited for 22 minutes and the line just cut. All these calls where made on the 8th.

On the 9th of March i called waited 45 minutes and the line went quite. The service is not great and i regret signing up with them.
