BAD SERVICE

I signed up on the 11 Feb, the sales guy told me 15 days, well its the 1 March an still nothing. For 4 days i've been trying to get hold of someone to tell me what the hellis going on as i canceld with my previous service provide and is now without internet!!!!!!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I need a manger to call me ASAP to fix this mess!
