Bad Service

The MWEB accounts people are very rude, and do not give you time to explain. For 2 years I have paid 849 for a 25-speed line then they have updated me to 50 and now to 100 without me given my consent. They overcharge people know if I want to downgrade to 50 speed line it will cost me close to 700. Something does not make sense in other words for 2 years they have overcharged me. To how many other people do they overcharge and how can you just upgrade without anybodies concent.
