bad service

Yesterday I received my business monthly statement and was surprised to see that i am charged the unneccassary call out free R239.75 . Firstly this has been happening from since I had the adsl line . Where then i call mweb they blame Telkom .Why they don't bill Mweb . Every month or after 2 to 3 the router is not seeking in . The last time I called Mwed the logged the call with Telkom .When calling Mweb I was told they will send the filter . The internet light is not on and is not working . I cannot unplug the phone so they router can be working . I have client that need to get hold of us . . I am shocked and unhappy
