Bad service

I'm very disappointed in the service I received lately from Mweb. I relocated and requested to have my internet moved from one area to another and now a month later I'm still waiting. The only feedback I get is that I must sort it out with the previous owner or they are waiting for a line to be released but I must make contact with the previous owner or the fibre installers. I'm fed up with Mweb giving me all this nonsense and not providing me with the service I require urgently for my kids who are studying.
