Bad service

If placed an order for my wifi on the 18th of December and was supposed to be delivered on the 27th of December I'm still waiting you can phone them they'll not answer you can talk to them on there live chat that never works if spoken to four of there agent and still nothing is the worst service if ever experienced I tried to chat to them again today but no luck
