Bad Service

I called in 2 months ago and advised Mweb that they are charging way more than every other isp. We were back and forth regarding this and a guy by the name of Se**** in the retentions department said he will give me a discount on my account. That time a payment already went off and he advised they will refund the balance. No refund was done and they still deducting the same amount of R609. I'm opening a case with the ombudsman man. Mwebs calls are recorded so the ombudsman will be able to see what was promised to me. This is ********* behavior
