Bad service

So yesterday mweb came to install my fibre i ask technicians for the router they said its normally on a courier should be there by the time they are done they done

i call mweb not mentioning the time spent on the line and agents just dropping the call

One guy says the courier has the router and is on his way the other guy says there's no routers in stock I was told by mweb i can use a other router so long

How is mwebs business so sloppy

I have no problems with the guys that came to install or the last part of the contract you cant cancel within the year i feel like i should cancel now already just because the communication is not there and i could have gotten another company do it and when they leave the internet would be on
