Bad service

The most frustrating experience with a service provider I have ever had! Technical support doesn't seem to know what to do. Since the 5th of February to date we still do not have wifi in a flat in Stellenbosch. Phones are "ringing off the hook" and often you can't get through even after 40 minutes or when one does eventually get through they put you on hold and then cut you off. We have spent 100's of rands in the last month from buying data as wifi is still not sorted out. All it takes is to provide a password that actually works! The debit order has gone off but there is no service!
