Bad service

There is absolutely no service here. Allocating funds is a tedious process. Upgrading a service is a hassle. I am now over billed. I was told that they would revert back to me in 48 hours after investigating, this was last Friday - 01.11.24. Today is 08.11.24 still no response. I have been on a queue on the chatbox for over an hour. Calling is just as bad. The staff seems disinterested
