Bad Service

********** 459, i constantly get calls to sell me fibre, but I already ordered. I ask the sales person when will i receive fibre that was ordered more than a month ago, they refuse to give any assistance snd say it takes 14 days. Well then i should have had my order done. Then through down the phone. How can they generate sales while no update on orders done can not be given.
