Bad service

i have app**** for a 25+25 deal and now they telling that it cannot happen, email i have sent to MWEB, bad very bad service,

I don’t accept that because when I app**** for this deal it was still there and now I being told I cannot have it, your backlog put me in this situation, I’m really not happy about it, and I would like it to be sorted out. PLEASE.

I’m still waiting on the below response, I’m not sure what’s going but this is not customer service.

Firstly you made me wait for a very long time and you than told me, I cannot get this deal because you guys don’t have it anymore, I responded on that email let you all know that’s not acceptable because this deal closed after I have app**** for it, for the fact that you had a “BACKLOG” that shouldn’t work against me. don’t even care to respond to my email.

IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ? 
