Bad service

My mother Joined Mweb and up untill today we have made various phone calls to mweb. She received her router and sim early in Decemeber and unitill now she has not been able to use her wifi as it has not been activated yet. The first debit order has gone off and she has not even used the service.

Up to today no one has called back after numerious calls. I think the service sucks and it *****ing money from her account as she has not even used the service.

I am also with mweb and we have never had any issues.

Can some one please call and sort this out urgently, or we will be forced to tale further action.
