BAD Service!!!!!!!!

I have been calling mweb for the past two days with no success. The agents make you hold the line and when they transfer you the next agent just drops the call. They do not even bother to call back their customers!!!!!!!!! I have logged several tickets on their application but they just close tickets without any feedback to customer. Communication company that does not know how to communicate.
