Bad service

I am very irritated. I am trying to set up a router... I called hundreds of times trying to get to technical support... Sat 1 hour with a guy finally to be told the password they have sent is not a good password and that my they my husband who is the account holder to call in and request a new password..... Waited 2 weeks for that password before they realized there was a fualt .. My gosh what do we need to do to get service???? Maybe social media will get them to give me service.??? *** if they have the ***** to call and correct this matter???
