Bad service

Since 1 November Mweb promised extra data for users.

What actually happenid is that the connection was disturb ed for hours and days.

After complaining more than3 times by e mail, nothing improved.

I phoned Mweb technical service on Saturday 12 November.

I waited exactly 22 MINUTES AND 30 SECONDS BEFORE SOMEONE answered the phone.

The only thing he said was it must be the line.

That is all. I used R112 to make this call, and he would not even help me.

R. van Rensburg

Hi RonellvanR
We have tried unsuccessfully to contact you since you last spoke with one of our consultants this morning.
Our calls remain unanswered to provide feedback about your case that has since been resolved.
You logged a line fault with Telkom for no connection on 12 November as you are paying MWEB for a data only product. Telkom are currently checking your line for defects so troubleshooting with the relevant department won't be necessary. Furthermore, you are going to have to contact Telkom for updates in this regard.
Regarding your request to migrate the DSL line to MWEB; you need to contact Telkom to request for your line to be released before MWEB can take over the line.
We now see this matter as closed from our side. Assuring you of our best intention at all times.
Kind regards
