Bad Service!!!!!

Absolutely bad service ****** agents not knowing their job!!!! I called they said my payment is not reflecting so my FIBRE line won't get installed.... I dropped the line called again spoke to LINDA from Sales very nice lady, she explained everything that my payment is reflecting, line should be installed within 5 working days!!! Please Fix this here is my Order No:X***
