BAD SERVICE

I used subscribe to MWEB Office 365. Every time the contract expires, they deduct the subscription fee for the next 12 months, but then they cut my service. I then cannot communicate with them because all you have for them is communication from a no-reply email address. Eventually when I get hold of them it is a question of the KEY is already used then I must pay again. This year my contract expired on 11 April 2024. On 30 March they took the subscription fee and still cut my services on 11 April. I installed Office 2016 from an online provider. Up till today they still deduct money from my account then I have to reverse it. My son also has a problem cancelling a month to month WI-FI subscription.
