Bad service

I do not know what is happening still nothing it has been more than two weeks still waiting for fibre to be installed.They just keep getting the address wrong and when you call back you get transferred to different places.It is really frustrating,the service is so bad till today nothing.I even tried calling me and my boyfriend still nothing.Can something be done please.
