Bad Service

I have been with Mweb for years now. I expect superior service, but it seems as though the service is going down the drain.

About a month ago, my neighbour informed me that his line has been upgraded to 10mb(4mb has been the limit in our area). I then called mweb to enquire if I could also be upgraded to 10mb. The consultant informed me that I needed to call Telkom. I didnt understand this request as I pay mweb a monthly line rental fee. So i expect them to represent me for any queries. What is the point in using mweb in the first place. I called telkom anyway and they said I should speak to the isp. I then called mweb again, the new consultant then informed me that she would put in a request to perhaps move me to the same exchange as my neighbour so that I could have a line upgrade. This has been done a month ago. Till today I have not heard of anyone in this regard. It seems as if they mweb is at the same standard as telkom. Clients are not important to provide feedback. I feel no effort has been made to accomadate me.

I am now considering moving isp's as I see mweb doesnt care about customers. They dont realise the economy and there is so much competition. All I want is service and constant feedback. that is the least mweb can do for a paying customer.

THIS IS PATHETIC!!!!
