BAD service

I have been a customer of Mweb for a few years now, I have recently moved houses and been trying to move my WIFI as well. the service has been horrible! The new contract is now active for more than a week but I have no WIFI still. I have been calling their call center and after holding for a whole 39min and been taken from pillar to post, even their chat's don't work. so essentially paying for service I don't have. Their service is horrible
