Bad service

I had taken a trial version of Noord VPN and wanted to test if its worth it. I was then charged before the trial even ended. I had tried to cancel with mweb and enquire why am I been charged however its really a mission to contact mweb. After some time I discovered you can cancel from the app as its extremely difficult to get hold of m web. Eventually i receive a notification I need to pay an amount of R2160 clawback. First of wanted to cancel after the trial which ended first week in May which i tried to contact mweb and query I was charged. Now mweb wants to charge a claw back amount and i read i could cancel anytime and no mention of clawback. This is daylight *******. I want this cancelled and the amount charged refunded.
