Bad service

The call center agents dont do their job, they say they are transferring you to the correct department yet cut the call When I even got a hold of them they said they had my issue resolved and when i tried to connect to my wifi it still has no internet, the live chat doesn’t help and the self help option is dismal and its been 5 days since ive been trying to get help and still don't have internet
