Bad service

I would never recommend anyone to sign up with Mweb. Its been over 3 months now since waiting for my refund. When I call some agents say I was suppose to be refunded and some say I am not suppose to recieve refund. When asking for a reason, they say they will escalate the matter till today. The service I got was so bad that it exhausted me and ended up stop calling. I'm really disappointed with this company's service, honestly.
