Bad service

Literally the worst service I have every received from anyone.

We ordered Fiber from MWEB via Vumatel on the 31st of Jan, by the 4th of Feb we received the router and installation was done, Now there is an error on our "order tracking" so our Internet access is still not activated, after numerous phone calls NO ONE is assisting with providing us with any answers as to when we can expect internet access or WHY there is an error on our Order tracking!
