BAD SERVICE

Mweb services are wasteful , They always want money even when you have cancelled your services , I have logged a complain before and I was never assisted , I have been canceling my Contract with the but no positive feedback, All they want is money, I have made payment for my router however they logged my call as a Retention, I do not want to use their services anymore I want to cancel my Contract with them now, I need proof is cancelled , they need to collect there Router because I do not need it any more, I only get feedback to say they will contact and no one does, am not owing them any cent I just want to cancel there services for good , Agents are rude and they line when you canceled they do Retention to your account without your knowledge , I had 2 accounts with them and I want to cancel all their accounts
