Bad Sales service - MWEB lies and delays orders

Despite being a full client with Mweb fibre, I placed a Fibre order with MWEB over 2 weeks ago for a special deal. I have paid their introductory price, then a few hours later they asked me to pay a second fee whilst they and VUMA have not installed my service.

I find this to be Sales predatory behaviour and ********* sales practice and its not on their Terms and Conditions.
