All that is required is an activation at my new address, yet no action has been taken. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, especially since I rely on my connection for daily work and communication.

Please escalate this matter immediately and ensure my service is activated without further delay. Kindly confirm receipt of this message and provide a specific timeline for resolution
