Bad network,client services and tech support

cannot begin to say my frustration about mweb, I don't know how many times I have tried calling just this past weekend with the same problem. Do they even care to call you back after the call cut? NEVER..... Must I now keep on paying for the horrible service that I have been getting? On top of it all must I continue paying for the router that isn't working?
