BAD NETWORK PROVIDER

it is now a week without fibre and the technical team is useless. my contract was with Fibrestream and was transferred mweb without being notified and when i called fibrestream they told me to query Mweb as it now my provider and since i was moved without being notified from 1st of march i had issues with network.

and i want to cancel it with immediate effect i will find other provider, and just to note i will reverse the debit order taken.
