Bad Mweb upgrading experience

I currently have a Mweb fibre line and just want to upgrade the current speed of the connection. I went online and asked for the package upgrade a week ago and still nothing. My friend, living in the same area had the same request and after 1 day his upgrade was completed. I phoned the call centre plenty of times and they just always promise it will happen the day of the call. Other times they put me through to an IVR saying that I need to wait 2 weeks for the providers to come and install the fibre and I need to leave a message. I just need someone to upgrade my existing package asap to allow me to do my work.
