Bad Mweb service

As a long standing customer of mweb since dial up days i am disappointed at the level of service received from mweb. Called the sales office and a recording informed me due to unforeseen circumstances my call could not be taken. Then called technical about my Voip product was informed i am caller number 1 in the queue and 12 minutes later with my airtime running out was still caller number 1 . Seriously considering another service provider. Disappointing (the new buzz word for bad service is covert19) Regards P Michael
