Bad mtn service from Mweb

I have been with Mweb for 4 months now and the past three months their internet doesn't work, the router is connected on 5 bar signal but no internet. I am basically paying R600 For nothing on monthly basis. I am on MTN uncapped but I hardly use even 50G of if because it never has internet anytime of the day
