BAD INTERNET SPEED , BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE = WASTING MONEY

I have been with MWEB for two year and the cell c and telkom product.Wow did i waste money, time and patience. The excuses why their services are not working consistently is just amazing, i struggle to get 1mpbs on the highest package, The customer service is equally bad, dont sell something if you know the customer wont benefit from it, they dont care about the customers and the value they provide, it is a pain having this service and dealing with mweb.
