Bad Internet Speed And Throttling past 6pm everyday
<p>I have been with m-web for about a year and a half and have never had such a bad internet service provider as M-WEB. Past 6pm at night my internet connection is throttled to 0.4 mbps which is hardly enough bandwidth for a phone let alone a pc. I would advise everyone to stay clear of M-WEB and go through Telkom directly, atleast you will have a reliable connection as apposed to a cheaper unreliable connection.</p>

Our customer care team tried calling you this morning, however could not get through.
I checked the account and the account readings seem to be in order at the moment.
The last communication we received from you, was on the 22nd June relating to a latency issue after 18:00.
The mail states that the latency was specific to a local gaming server, as the latency on the international server seemed fine.
We require more information from you, in order for us to advise or provide assistance.
The ADSL line is also syncing at 2554kbps at the moment, which is impacting on speeds.
