Bad internet speed and call centre service
I have a 4Mb uncapped account which experiences very bad speeds on downloading files. I understand shaping of certain downloads but it is unacceptable to shape to a tenth of the purchased speed am getting 32 kB/s speed on a saterday. When I call the centre during their operating hours no one pics up to help. Unacceptable!!!
