BAD INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

I phoned and agreed to be a client on Mweb internet, was allowed to receive a router for my use and had to pay R249. I spent R499 per month for the package, and they said that once I received the router, an installer would then connect me to the service. All this was done on 2nd December 2025, an installer came to my home, he said I could not be connected as the ONT box on the wall was not for OpenServe. I have communicated with MWeb, and to date, no solution has been given. You can call on a land line and hold on for 1 hour before someone takes your call, but guess wha,t you get put back in line to wait for the next operator again. II have made a complaint to MWeb and they still have not made any move to connect me to an internet connection. One has to speak to the BOT on th Whatsapp and that is useless. Being a citizen of South Africa all my life and I have never before had such poor service from an internet service prover
