Bad internet and bad service

Horrible service. Firstly their internet lags every night after 5pm. When u call the call center. U hold on forever. If u get through eventually. The call cuts. Then each agent I speak to give me a different story or solution to my issue. Nothing works. This has been happening for the past 6 months now and it's so frustrating cos I pay a lot. Every night the internet pings to lower than 5mb
