BAD INCONVENIENCING SERVICE FROM MWEB

I am so fed up with MWEB. Their services are very bad. My sons have been without internet since the 9th of November. we have called them so may times after they had sent a technician to the apartment on the 9th. they promised that everything would be sorted out later that day or the following morning. we literally call and all that we get is apologies and nothing is being done. we have sent emails and they just don't care. It is exams time and my sons are without internet. this is not the first time we have problems with MWEB. We have been treated like this since 2022. we just paid another R700 for services we don't get.
