Bad *********** service

This service is pathetic. I have been with MWEB since its inception. This morning I received the following message...Account in arrears 6 July 2022 09:48 Your account is currently in arrears with a balance of R146.27

My account is up to date. Debit order is processed on the 7th of each month. Their technical department says my account is not blocked on their side. This after 30min on the telephone.

Pathetic, but I am sure we will get used to being in Dark South Africa.

I will complain with my feet very soon.
