Bad horrible service and *******

I joined Mweb in 2020, I enjoyed their services until early this year. The network always dropped, and never worked. When I tried calling I couldn't go through. You hold forever and end up getting cut off. I then sent an email on the 15th of May to cancel the service. The network stoped working since then. I then went to the bank to stop the debit order. To my surprise I received a threat today that they will take me to credit beaureau. On what grounds when. I did not receive any service from them? I was paying for WiFi and stopped receiving WiFi service from them around April and I paid End of April as well. So what is it that I'm being threatened about? Stop it with the threats. I owe you nothing. Leave me alone please
