Bad experience

48 Hours no fiber line every time the agents say a different story.. it looks like mweb have a policy they teach every agent to say 24 to 72 hours. Or 2 to 3 days. Line is canceled and now i need to wait 72 hours again to reconnect as the line first needs to be canceled and reconnect again. For going time frame it is the same story "please wait 24 to 72 hours" other services providers helps u to be reconnect in a couple of minutes.
