Bad Email Delivery Service

Please be very careful of this company if they are your service provider, your emails bounce alot and dont get delivered, if you run your email through a spam checker it subtracts 2 marks for this giving you a bad score, I tried and tried to get hold of a director as this problem is now 4 months old, still nothing and they can't tell me why my email address isn't authenticated by them and I have been a customer for 15 years, if I run the same message through my gmail account or iCloud account all is fine, so if you are with mweb, don't take it for granted your message gets delivered and in my case it mostly get delivered in the recpienents spam box, still waiting on a solution but have lost so much businress in the last 4 months !!!!
