Bad Customer support
MWEB is useless at customer service. You have to always wait more than 30min just to get hold is Technical support & then another 30 min to try & solve the problem. Why should I use 60min of my airtime & then I get cut off & they can't phone me back. Why can MWEB customer support not phone a customer back ?????

05 Sept 2023, 17:55After 2 days of trying to get hold of mweb technical support, my email is still now working. I have used over 90 minutes of airtime & they still have not answere. Disgusting !!!!!!
