Bad customer services

Bad customer service I lost my sim card and I want to order another one but their system doesn’t allow me to and their system won’t hesitate to debit month end whereas I’m not using the SIM card. You will never get hold of them over the phone , I logged a query with them they will take forever to attend to it . It seems like they don’t need more customers, they are full.
