Bad customer services
I logged call for the telephone line that is not working. Yesterday the router was affect with no clue what happened

We have been trying to get hold of you unsuccessfully. If you still require assistance please respond to this message in private with an alternate contact number.
I have had a look and I see that there is a fault logged to Telkom, please note that Telkom has a 7 working day turn around time for line faults.
Our 3rd party team will contact them for update and then notify you.
