Pathetic customer service. You can practically wait 30/40 min just to spea to a consutant either on the phone or the live chat. Whats the purpose of a live chat if u have to wait hours to spea to someone. GET YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT! WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS SERVICE EVERYDAY
